stopped by fear of self-doubt.
0:03
>> Never
0:05
raise your hand and say yes.
0:08
>> Yes.
0:09
>> I think we all have, right?
0:12
>> How many of you would like to let go of
0:14
your fear of your self-doubt and really
0:17
step into your confidence and go after
0:19
big goals?
0:21
>> Everyone, I think.
0:25
>> Yeah.
0:26
>> Great.
0:27
So guys, today you are in the right
0:30
place because today we will be looking
0:33
at our mindset and how to activate our
0:37
success mindset to reach our goals to go
0:40
up with big goals and how to and guys I
0:43
want you if you believe that you deserve
0:46
a life without fear without self-doubt I
0:49
want you to clap your hands.
0:56
Yes. Great. So, I will just introduce
0:59
myself for you. My name is Ramanda and
1:02
I'm a mindset and relationship coach. I
1:04
help ambitious individuals to transform
1:08
self-doubt into success, wealth, love,
1:13
and and successful life by reprogramming
1:16
your subconscious mind, by healing your
1:19
relationship with yourself, and by
1:22
shifting your identity. And why
1:25
identity? Because our identity
1:28
determines how much success we have in
1:31
life, what type of partners we attract,
1:35
how much money we have, how we feel
1:37
about ourselves.
1:40
It actually determines all the results
1:42
in life. And today we're going to look
1:45
at our identity and how we can improve
1:48
that.
1:50
So I'm also a founder of two programs.
1:53
One is called unstoppable self. It's a
1:56
group coaching program. And another one
1:59
it's called magnetic. It's just for
2:01
women. That one.
2:03
>> Okay.
2:03
>> That one unstoppable self is for women
2:06
and men. So I'm also breath work and
2:09
meditation facilitator.
2:11
I I am actually host of cacao ceremonies
2:16
that I'm hosting here in Bali. I already
2:18
told the debi he already been to my
2:20
cacao ceremonies. I I do breath work and
2:24
meditation. This is a picture of a
2:26
previous ceremony that we had and it was
2:29
very beautiful. Uh it helps to release
2:33
emotional heaviness and connect with
2:35
heart and truly let go of all the
2:39
negative thoughts and emotions.
2:42
And I'm also a winner of Miss World
2:45
Tourism. I've been in uh several
2:48
international beauty pageantss, but to
2:51
be honest, that's just my hobby, all of
2:53
the beauty pageantss. My true true
2:56
passion is mindset because that's what
2:58
really transforms people's life. That's
3:01
what transformed my life. That's what
3:03
helped me to win beauty pageent. But the
3:06
reason I'm doing beauty pageantss now or
3:08
I'm not really that much into it
3:10
anymore. But if I do it, it's because I
3:12
am coaching beauty queens, how to have
3:14
more confidence, how to feel successful
3:17
because I used to be the type of person
3:19
that doubted myself a lot. So I had to
3:22
reprogram my own mindset to be where I
3:25
am today.
3:27
So today's agenda what we are going to
3:29
look at today we look at identity the
3:32
real reason behind all your results it's
3:36
very important to understand our results
3:38
we have why we have what we have why we
3:41
attracted what we attract then we will
3:44
look at the power of the mind and we
3:46
will look how to create your life how to
3:50
create all the things that you truly
3:51
desire because when you reprogram your
3:53
subconscious mind you become unstoppable
3:57
And I will explain why. This is not some
3:59
boooo stuff. This is neuroscience.
4:02
And we will also look at how to let go
4:04
your self-doubt and fear. And we will
4:08
activate success identity. You we will
4:10
do some short meditation, a little bit
4:13
breath work and especially the last part
4:15
is very powerful. You will see.
4:19
>> Curious now. Moving forward.
4:22
>> So just a little bit about me and my
4:24
story. why I'm here. So,
4:29
I used to be the type of person that
4:31
always followed the safe plan. So, I got
4:34
my bachelor's degree, my master's
4:37
degree. I did all this because my family
4:40
wanted me to do that because the society
4:43
wanted me to do that. They told me you
4:45
have to have a certain degree to be good
4:48
enough to show the world that you are
4:50
successful. So, by then I got the
4:53
degrees. I got my master's degree,
4:55
bachelor's degree. I got my 9-to-F5 job,
4:59
but I was still feeling unfulfilled. I
5:02
was still feeling not happy, something
5:05
was missing in my life. I wasn't truly
5:07
feeling that this was my true soul's
5:10
calling. And even though I got all these
5:13
degrees and from the outside look so
5:16
cool. Yeah, I speak four languages. I
5:18
understand seven languages but I was
5:22
still financially stuck. I was actually
5:26
still being broke and even though I
5:29
studied mindset and I took so much
5:32
action I was still broke and I was
5:35
unhappy because I was still operating
5:38
from the old identity from the identity
5:41
that was telling me you are not enough.
5:44
Money is difficult to get. And why did I
5:46
have this identity? Because my family,
5:49
my parents always saved money. They
5:51
always told me that we had to work very
5:54
hard to get money. So I thought that I
5:56
needed to work very hard to get money.
5:59
And I worked very hard and I still
6:01
didn't have enough
6:03
>> until I in fact I actually when I used
6:06
to live even though I had all these
6:09
degrees and I work I was living with
6:12
eight people in one apartment. We were
6:14
nine people living in one apartment
6:16
sharing one room and one bathroom
6:20
and a simple that was my life in Spain
6:23
in Spain because and you know I used to
6:26
blame the environment. It's not my
6:29
fault. It's the economy of Spain. I
6:32
always put the blame of everything else.
6:35
But in reality, it was me. It was me who
6:38
operated from the identity, from the old
6:41
mindset, from the programmings that
6:43
money is difficult to get. So no matter
6:46
how many degrees we have, the results we
6:49
get in life has to do with how we feel
6:52
about ourselves, with our identity.
6:56
So it wasn't about working harder. It
7:00
was really about releasing those old
7:02
blocks, those limiting beliefs that I
7:04
was carrying in my subconscious mind.
7:08
So everything shifted when I discovered
7:11
the secret code. When I start truly
7:13
doing the inner work, when I changed who
7:17
I believed I was, that's when my
7:19
decisions changed. When I took different
7:22
actions, that's when I truly changed my
7:25
life. So I went from financial survival
7:28
to actually building a fulfilling
7:30
business. Building a business that truly
7:33
inspires me. Becoming a coach and what I
7:37
used to earn in three days working 9 to5
7:41
36 hours. I now earn in 1 hour doing
7:45
what I love. And everyone can do that.
7:48
It's not because I just found this
7:50
secret code and I'm going to share it
7:52
with you today. And that was not all. I
7:56
used to be a girl who was very insecure.
7:59
In fact, I was bullied. I was bullied
8:01
when I was a kid. I had cool teeth. I
8:04
was wearing big glasses. And it's pity
8:06
that I don't have a picture of that
8:08
because when I was a teenager and I
8:10
looked at my old pictures, I actually
8:13
destroyed all the pictures because I
8:14
didn't even want to see this girl with
8:17
glasses, this broke teeth. So, I don't
8:19
have it. But then I had to shift my
8:23
identity. I realized I need to shift my
8:25
identity to a powerful woman, to a
8:28
confident woman who believes that she's
8:31
beautiful, who believes that she's
8:32
capable. And this is when I started
8:35
succeeding. This is when I went from
8:37
this insecure girl to actually winning
8:40
beauty pageantss. I won Miss uh Miss
8:42
World Tourism last year, Miss Eco
8:46
Europe, Miss World Top Model Denmark,
8:48
Miss Bikini Universe Lithuania. But
8:51
honestly, it's just my hobby. It's not
8:54
like it's something big for me now. It's
8:56
not my passion. My passion is mindset,
8:59
but my mindset is what we got me to that
9:03
unique results.
9:06
It's not because I was more pretty than
9:08
other girls. There were many girls
9:10
looking better than me. But what helped
9:13
me was to shift my mindset. And we can
9:15
shift our mindset to anything we want to
9:18
do. This is just example about beauty
9:20
pages. If you have a dream to get maybe
9:23
a business or to follow some passion, we
9:26
all can do that all depending on our
9:29
mindset. So I also there for being the
9:33
shiniest girl in the room because
9:36
originally my parents are from Lithuania
9:39
but I moved to Denmark and I had to
9:42
learn this new language from scratch.
9:45
And when I learned the language, it was
9:48
my first day in school. After nine
9:51
months of learning Danish language, I
9:53
was sent with to school with Danish
9:55
people. And I remember I was this happy
9:58
girl going to school. La, it's my first
10:01
day in school. I was so excited. I sit
10:04
in front and I wait for the teachers to
10:06
ask me some questions. I want to be a
10:08
good good student. And then the teacher
10:11
ask me question and I raise my hand and
10:14
I answer.
10:16
And then everyone looks at me and they
10:19
just start laughing at me and I'm why
10:23
are they laughing?
10:25
And then I realized they were laughing
10:27
at me because I had an accent. And this
10:31
made me so insecure. I was bullied for
10:33
years because I spoke different. People
10:36
see me, oh yeah, this blonde pretty
10:38
girl. What does she know about being
10:41
bullied? But I was bullied every day
10:44
because I was speaking with an accent.
10:46
And as a kid, I took it so personally.
10:49
In fact, this affected my future as
10:51
well. So when I grew up and I started
10:54
studying bachelor's degree, master's
10:55
degree, I was not a silent girl sitting
10:58
in the corner never saying a word
11:01
because I was thinking if I will say
11:03
something people will laugh. My voice
11:05
doesn't matter.
11:08
And then I realized I need to do
11:11
something about it. I started
11:13
reprogramming my subconscious mind,
11:16
shifting my identity. When I started
11:19
studying mindset, I realized, wow, this
11:22
thing is so powerful. I want to be a
11:25
public speaker. I want to teach others
11:28
how to reprogram their mindset because
11:31
if I can do it, anyone can do it. If the
11:33
small scent, shy girl can do it, anyone
11:36
can do it. And I started reprogramming
11:39
my mindset. I started studying
11:41
neuroscience about brain psychology. And
11:45
I shifted everything, my identity. I
11:48
shifted my identity to become a good
11:51
public speaker. I was I'm going to be
11:54
impactful public speaker. No matter
11:56
what, I'm going to get there. And guess
11:58
what? The result started coming as well.
12:01
I went from being the most excited to
12:04
coaching international companies. I
12:06
worked for Google. I worked for many
12:09
international companies where I was
12:11
coaching not just my boss. I was first
12:15
working as a marketing um marketing
12:18
manager and then I was coaching my boss
12:21
about mindset. Everything shifted
12:23
because my identity shifted and everyone
12:27
can do that.
12:29
So over six years of deep work of doing
12:33
different retreats of studying uh uh
12:37
studying there is science, psychology,
12:40
subconscious reprogramming, ancient
12:42
wisdom, meditation, breath work. I did
12:46
so many retreats and I decided to put
12:49
all this wisdom together. Hello.
12:53
To put all this wisdom together and help
12:56
other people. And of course because I I
13:00
learned I discovered all this the hard
13:03
way through bullying through going a lot
13:06
I didn't tell all my life stories. I
13:09
went through many things and I
13:11
discovered all this the hard way doing
13:13
all the inner work years.
13:17
So you get to cheat guys. So you get it
13:20
the easy way because now I collected all
13:23
this knowledge together and I actually
13:26
created my own method which is not my
13:29
own knowledge. I took it from my
13:30
coaches, from my mentors, from
13:32
psychology, from neuroscience and I put
13:34
it all together. So now I get to share
13:38
this knowledge with you because anyone
13:40
can shift their identity to the bigger
13:43
identity and get whatever they want in
13:45
life. Every result in life is a mirror
13:49
of who you believe you are. When you
13:52
change the way you look at things, the
13:55
things you look at going to change
13:58
and we can change how we look at things.
14:02
So guys, I have a question for you. What
14:05
is identity?
14:08
What is identity? It's a thing that we
14:12
grew up with uh can be uh
14:17
how do I how do I say it's like being
14:18
brought by the family as well is our
14:21
self-reflection as well. It can be from
14:24
the norm of the society and then it's
14:27
like a complex things that created us as
14:30
us.
14:31
>> Exactly. I love that. Thank you.
14:35
So identity is the story that you
14:38
repeatedly tell yourself how you believe
14:42
who you are. Life responds to identity
14:46
not to desire. We can have a big desire.
14:48
I had many desires but I had to change
14:52
my identity. I had to become the person
14:56
who believes it's worthy of all the
14:58
things I wanted. You don't get what you
15:01
want. No matter how much knowledge we
15:04
have, we don't get what we want. We get
15:08
what we become and we can become
15:12
anything we want.
15:16
So guys,
15:19
our identity is our destiny. I want all
15:24
of you to stand up.
15:29
I want all of you to stand up and I want
15:32
to say together, my identity is my
15:36
destiny.
15:37
>> My identity is my destiny.
15:41
>> My identity is my destiny.
15:44
>> My identity is my destiny.
15:48
>> Great. Now you can sit down.
15:52
>> This is how we truly remember guys. Our
15:57
identity decides all the results in
16:00
life. Our selfimage.
16:02
How do we believe we are? Are we
16:04
confident? Do we believe we are
16:06
confident or do we believe that we are
16:08
shy? Do we believe that we are capable
16:11
of reaching our goals, our dreams? Or do
16:14
we believe that no I cannot do it. If I
16:17
start I fail. Do we have the identity of
16:20
winning or do we have the identity ah
16:23
probably it's not going to work out. Our
16:26
money has to do with the identity we
16:29
carry. Just think about how much money
16:32
do you have right now in your bank
16:34
account. How much money do you have
16:36
saved? How much money do you earn every
16:40
month? That tells about our identity
16:44
as well as our even our body, our
16:47
weight, our body type is also our
16:51
identity because it also how we love
16:53
ourselves. Do we eat healthy? Do we go
16:55
to the gym? It's also part of the work.
16:58
Our relationships, look at our
17:01
relationships, even our partners. Do we
17:04
have a loving partner that treat us
17:05
good? Do you have a loving girlfriend
17:08
that treat you as a king? Do you have a
17:10
loving boyfriend that treat you as a
17:11
queen? We all deserve to have the best
17:14
partners. The partners we have reflects
17:17
how we feel about ourselves
17:20
as well as our confidence.
17:23
How many of you have ever tried to get a
17:27
result in life but it didn't work out?
17:32
>> I think many of us, right? Don't be
17:34
afraid. I think all of us have tried to
17:36
get something and it didn't work out.
17:39
Why? Because the results don't come from
17:42
effort. It comes from our identity. And
17:46
I know it sounds crazy, right? People
17:48
think they need to work so hard. I had
17:51
that mentality. I worked so hard. I
17:53
studied so much. I I I overworked and I
17:58
was still broke.
18:00
Because then we shift our identity here
18:03
to believe that we can earn money easily
18:06
on what we love on what we love. It will
18:09
come to us because it determines our
18:12
results. So when I shifted my identity,
18:16
that's when the results started coming.
18:18
And of course we do an effort but not
18:20
the effort that feels like effort.
18:22
Because when we love what we do, it's
18:24
not effort. It's our hobby. My job is my
18:29
my hobby. I wake up in the morning and I
18:31
love what I do. I call it creation.
18:35
And we all can have that. So this is
18:38
just an example of my one of my clients
18:40
Maya. She came to me and she was so
18:43
fearful. She had a job, 9 to 5 job and
18:47
she was earning so little money and she
18:49
told me she started working to me with
18:52
me and she was so afraid she had so many
18:55
doubt she said I have a dream I want to
18:57
have financial freedom I want to have my
18:59
business I hate my job and I said let's
19:03
shift your identity so she did five
19:05
weeks program with me and we were
19:09
working on her subconscious beliefs on
19:12
her identity and she shifted her
19:14
identity to a successful businesswoman
19:17
identity. It was far from reality at
19:20
that time when she started. In fact, she
19:23
was so afraid to invest in my coaching
19:25
because she also had to pay for me. But
19:29
today, she built her own uh business
19:32
because she shifted her identity to
19:34
become a business woman.
19:37
There is another client. She came to me
19:40
heartbroken.
19:41
her boyfriend left her because she was
19:44
very jealous and she was feeling very
19:47
insecure. Of course, the partner could
19:50
feel that. And then she came to me and
19:53
she was crying. We were working
19:55
together.
19:56
When she shifted her identity
20:00
to believe that she is worthy of love,
20:03
of committed love, when she stopped
20:06
looking for love outside of herself and
20:10
became the main character of her life,
20:13
the same partner who said he will never
20:17
come back, he could feel her energy
20:20
because how we feel about ourselves,
20:23
other people can feel it too. He came
20:26
back and in fact they got engaged and
20:29
she got pregnant and now she actually
20:31
this was already 3 months ago she
20:33
already got the baby and I took this
20:34
screenshot of her ring. She was in
20:36
Alania actually in Turkey with her
20:39
boyfriend and he proposed to her and she
20:42
put that picture remember on on Facebook
20:45
Messenger story. Sorry, I took a
20:46
screenshot because every result, the
20:50
partners, everything what we attract
20:53
don't have to do with our appearance,
20:55
with our degrees. It has to do how we
20:57
feel about ourselves.
21:00
So this is just an example. So we need
21:03
to look in order to understand our
21:05
identities. Let's take a look at our
21:08
mindset. Let's this circle represent our
21:11
mindset. We have conscious and the
21:12
subconscious mind. Does anyone know the
21:15
difference between conscious and the
21:17
subconscious mind?
21:21
Come on guys, of course you know some of
21:23
you might know.
21:25
>> I think the one with the conscious mind
21:26
is like we understand our actions or
21:29
what we would like to do but our
21:31
subconscious mind is the one that drive
21:33
us to some places. For example, if we
21:36
say like oh I'm not capable of doing
21:39
that one and then our conscious mind
21:41
will says like okay you're not capable
21:42
of doing it. the if the the other way
21:44
around if our subconscious mind is like
21:47
oh I'm capable I'm independent I am
21:50
strong and anything and our conscious
21:52
minds will follow
21:53
>> st that's a good choice that's a good
21:56
option that's true someone else
22:02
>> subconscious mind is like autopilot
22:04
there is no control there's nothing
22:07
conscious mind is you actually think
22:09
about your actions I think that's what I
22:11
think of
22:12
>> yes it's very Easy. Let's see. So the
22:15
conscious mind, it's the thinking mind.
22:18
It's where you can choose what thoughts
22:21
to accept and what thoughts to reject.
22:25
It's the intellectual mind. And it's
22:27
very important to understand
22:29
consciousness, subconscious mind because
22:31
this is what going to help you to change
22:32
your results. So the conscious mind, you
22:35
can wake up in the morning and you can
22:37
decide what thoughts to accept and what
22:40
thoughts to reject. You are conscious
22:42
about it where
22:45
the subconscious mind cannot reject any
22:50
thought it must accept and it's
22:53
everything about feelings how we feel
22:55
our emotions. So imagine you wake up in
22:59
the morning and you have a choice with
23:01
your conscious mind. You can think you
23:03
can take your phone and start scrolling
23:06
looking at the news looking at the war.
23:09
Start thinking about all your bad
23:11
memories about all the worries. Oh no,
23:14
today I have a lot of tasks to do. Oh
23:17
no, tomorrow I have to do this and that.
23:19
Oh my god, my ex-boyfriend with another
23:21
woman.
23:26
You can accept a lot of negative
23:29
thoughts but and when you accept those
23:32
thoughts it goes to your subconscious
23:35
mind which cannot reject any thought and
23:38
you start automatically feeling this
23:40
way. So a lot of people get sick through
23:45
their thoughts because they accept so
23:47
many negative thoughts that they
23:50
thoughts are powerful enough to bring
23:53
things into reality. So when they accept
23:55
negative thoughts the subconscious mind
23:58
just accept them as doubt because it
24:00
cannot reject and you just start feeling
24:02
this way and you don't just start
24:04
feeling this way you start acting this
24:06
way. So actually you can choose imagine
24:09
you wake up in the morning and maybe you
24:12
don't feel very well. You have a lot of
24:14
worries but you can consciously use your
24:17
conscious mind to say today it's an
24:20
amazing day. I am filled with positive
24:23
energy. I am confident. I am beautiful.
24:26
I'm successful businessman. I'm a
24:28
handsome strong man. I'm confident. I'm
24:31
a confident woman. You tell this to
24:33
yourself and those thoughts will go to
24:36
your subconscious mind and you will
24:38
start feeling this way. And here guys
24:41
comes the most most most most important
24:44
difference and I want all of you to
24:45
remember that it comes next.
24:49
The subconscious mind doesn't see the
24:53
difference between what's real and
24:55
what's imagined.
24:57
What does it mean? It means that any
25:00
thoughts you accept, it becomes your
25:03
reality because it cannot say no. The
25:06
subconscious mind cannot reject it and
25:08
on top of that it doesn't know what's
25:10
real and what's not. So when we were
25:12
kids and our parents told us some things
25:16
for example my parents used to criticize
25:19
me a lot. They used to tell me you have
25:21
to get a certain degree to be successful
25:24
otherwise you will be a loser. So I
25:28
observed that information. They just
25:30
wanted to motivate me. They didn't know
25:31
about mindset. So I thought, "Oh, okay.
25:35
So I need to work hard. I need to get
25:37
this degree otherwise I'll be a loser."
25:40
Or some parents, they didn't get
25:43
emotional support to the kids. So maybe
25:46
I have a lot of clients that tell to me,
25:48
"But I had everything. My parents paid
25:50
my school. I had food. I had
25:52
everything." But they didn't feel seen.
25:56
They didn't feel that their parents
25:57
truly saw them that maybe they didn't
26:00
get emotional support
26:03
and when they grew up the subconscious
26:05
mind they program themsel to believe
26:07
that this is what is normal and then
26:10
they keep themselves small. They're
26:12
afraid to be they feel that they are not
26:15
worthy of success. is a lot worse than
26:17
being seen. Or there are people who were
26:20
criticized by these siblings, by the
26:24
sisters, brothers, or compared to the
26:26
sisters, brothers. Because whatever we
26:29
heard when we were kids, whatever
26:31
happened around us in our environment
26:34
when we were kids, it went directly to
26:36
our subconscious mind because we still
26:39
didn't have developed our conscious
26:41
mind. So we got these programs from our
26:44
parents that maybe wanted us to be
26:46
better. You should why you so lazy? You
26:48
should be better. You should work
26:49
harder. You should do this and that. Why
26:51
you look like your brother or your
26:53
sister? They compared us even with
26:55
others. Maybe criticized us. And this
26:59
what made us to have these programs and
27:02
build our identity.
27:04
So,
27:06
so you so our identity and selfimage is
27:10
built in our subconscious mind. So, our
27:14
everything that is in our subconscious
27:16
mind is connected to our body and our
27:19
when it's connected to our body is
27:21
connected to our actions and the results
27:23
we getting. And this why it explains why
27:27
our identity and self image is so
27:30
important. Your identity decides how you
27:33
perceive yourself and how success, money
27:37
and love will come or how difficult it
27:40
will be.
27:42
Your subconscious mind, your selfimage
27:44
will determine will it be easy to
27:47
attract love or it will will it be hard
27:49
to attract love. Will it be easy to earn
27:52
money or will it be difficult to earn
27:54
money? And all the results you have
27:57
right now in your life, it shows what
27:59
programmings you have. But you can
28:02
change that.
28:04
Your past don't determine your future.
28:08
You can change that. That's why it's so
28:10
powerful to do the subconscious
28:13
reprogramming.
28:15
Then I understood the power of the
28:17
subconscious reprogramming.
28:20
I started using it for me. So many good
28:23
things started happening because I went
28:25
from being shy to being confident to
28:28
winning beauty pageantss. My client is
28:30
the same. My client came to me and she
28:33
just wanted to work about money. She
28:35
said, I want to create a business. I
28:37
want to have a better business. When she
28:39
started working on herself, all the
28:41
other results changed too. Her goal was
28:43
to have better business. But she
28:45
actually also started she shifted her
28:47
identity. She became more fit. She
28:50
became more she lost some weight. She
28:54
she also attracted love. Another client
28:57
came to me. Her goal was to just to
28:59
attract love. I want to attract love.
29:01
Okay, first you have to love yourself.
29:03
How do I love yourself? How do I love
29:05
myself? It's was difficult for her
29:08
because she felt that she wasn't lovable
29:11
because in her past her parents never
29:13
told her I love you. You are lovable.
29:16
You are worthy. You are beautiful. you
29:18
deserve love. She never heard that. So
29:21
when she grew up her all the partners
29:24
that she attracted
29:26
show we didn't show her love because we
29:30
go after everything that is familiar to
29:32
us. So if our parents didn't show us
29:35
enough love when we grow up we find
29:38
partners who also don't show us enough
29:40
love.
29:42
But then she programmed her subconscious
29:44
mind to believe that she's lovable. She
29:47
didn't just attract love. She started
29:50
succeeding in her money. Her she started
29:53
building her business. She lost weight.
29:56
She became fit. Because every result in
30:00
life has to do with our subconscious
30:03
reprogramming. Because as well some
30:07
people they get sick because they accept
30:09
so many negative thoughts from the
30:11
outside. They always have this inner
30:14
critic. They think I'm not good enough.
30:17
I am not worthy enough. I'm not
30:19
beautiful enough. Not someone love me. I
30:23
will never succeed in business. They
30:25
have so many negative thoughts. They
30:27
stress themselves so much that they
30:30
actually become sick because our
30:33
thoughts are like chemicals. They are
30:35
like toxics. They go in our subconscious
30:38
mind and they can make us ill. But as
30:41
much as our thoughts can make us ill, we
30:45
can also reprogram ourselves to get
30:48
well. All the diseases in life, they
30:52
come because of two things. Two things.
30:55
One is bad lifestyle that people are
30:59
eating unhealthy food. Another is
31:02
negative thoughts. But most people don't
31:04
know. They think this is genetics. My
31:06
mother was sick. My grandmother was
31:09
sick. They go to doctors. You are sick.
31:11
A doctor determines the future. What?
31:15
No. You, we are the creators of our
31:17
life. We decide. We want to be healthy.
31:20
We will be healthy. We want to be
31:21
lovable. We will be lovable. We want to
31:24
be successful. We will be successful.
31:27
Don't let the outside control your
31:29
reality. So, so everything that was
31:33
happening around us in our childhood
31:37
determine our results. Our identity
31:40
formation, our subconscious
31:42
reprogramming happened because what
31:46
happened in the past. So if we saw our
31:49
parents fighting or if we saw our
31:52
parents having economical problems, this
31:55
became our programming that oh money is
31:57
difficult to get, love is difficult to
32:00
get, I'm not worthy, but we can change
32:04
that.
32:06
So guys, I want let's do a little
32:10
exercise. I want all of you to place one
32:13
hand on your heart and another one on
32:16
your belly. And I want all of you to
32:19
close your eyes. Just close your eyes.
32:24
And take a deep breath in through the
32:26
nose,
32:29
out through the mouth.
32:34
Relax all your body. Relax your feet,
32:38
your shoulders, your belly. And take
32:42
again one deep breath in through the
32:44
nose,
32:47
out through the mouth.
32:50
And now think about what belief from
32:54
your childhood is still keeping you from
32:59
taking action.
33:02
What is one belief
33:04
from your childhood that's still holding
33:07
you back?
33:12
Don't analyze just allow you to commit
33:17
what belief that you got from your
33:19
childhood is still there
33:23
controlling your results.
33:26
And now take a deep breath in through
33:29
the nose.
33:31
out through the mouth.
33:35
And when you're ready, open your eyes.
33:44
Put something here. Come up. I want all
33:46
of you to tell it to your neighbor. That
33:50
one belief.
33:53
>> Don't be shy. Tell it to your neighbor.
33:56
>> What's your
33:59
name?
34:01
You're my neighbor. So you can you can
34:03
go ahead.
34:06
>> Yeah. What's your
34:07
>> belief?
34:13
That's good.
34:22
>> But something sometimes
34:39
All right.
34:51
That's real.
34:55
Uh that's all right depending on what
34:58
kind of
35:04
time vulnerable
35:06
Yeah. A lot of times
35:32
you
35:36
is
35:37
>> yeah
35:39
means like a ship
35:42
>> I don't know okay
35:45
or kiss
35:47
>> let's continue sometimes when we share
35:50
it out loud it's actually giving us just
35:53
to share it because many of us
35:55
experience similar things
35:58
>> many of us can relate probably to each
36:00
other but I know we always easy to be
36:03
vulnerable and share
36:05
But sometimes when we share it's like a
36:08
type of release. We connect deeper
36:10
through vulnerability.
36:13
So being vulnerable because most people
36:15
we meet each other. Hi, where are you
36:17
from? What's your name? blah blah blah.
36:20
What if we connected on a different
36:22
level? We connected being vulnerable.
36:24
Look, I had this thing that happened to
36:27
me in my childhood. When you open up,
36:29
others also want to open up because so
36:32
many people can relate. We all went
36:34
through something. There is no one
36:36
person that was that was born and
36:38
everything was the whole life perfect in
36:40
their life.
36:42
Anyways guys, so now I have a question
36:44
for you. How much do you think we use
36:46
our subconscious mind compared to our
36:50
conscious mind? Hello. So conscious mind
36:54
in where you can choose your thoughts.
36:56
You can choose what you accept and what
36:58
you reject. Subconscious mind doesn't
37:01
know difference what's real, what's
37:03
imagined. It accepts everything. How
37:06
much do you think we use our
37:08
subconscious mind in percentage?
37:11
>> Al,
37:12
>> I think maybe 80% like it drives
37:14
everything we do really unless we pause,
37:17
stop, try, intervene and come up with an
37:19
alternative.
37:20
>> Okay. Thank you for that. uh for that
37:23
option more people
37:26
>> uh for me perhaps it's like 5% because
37:30
uh getting older is make you more the
37:33
conscious more higher
37:35
>> the subconscious mind
37:36
>> the subconscious mind
37:38
>> conscious mind
37:38
>> the subconscious only like 5%
37:40
>> conscious mind okay
37:43
>> any any else
37:46
>> I'm not I have more information about
37:49
subconscious and conscious but I believe
37:51
that subconscious mind you know covering
37:53
everything getting information without
37:55
our permission so recording it so we
37:58
just picking which one you know
38:01
consciously intentional we just choose
38:04
which one would be useful for us so
38:06
subconscious I see like know this is a
38:09
base we just working on it and we just
38:11
choose which one
38:14
could useful for us
38:16
>> so I think subconscious mind superior to
38:20
conscious mind Okay,
38:22
>> I love your uh your suggestions because
38:25
last time when I did this uh um similar
38:29
presentation,
38:30
I did it actually at Google and people
38:33
were so confused. They said the opposite
38:35
because they thought oh conscious mind
38:37
it's where we we can accept and reject
38:40
any thoughts. It must be like very much
38:43
maybe 90% conscious mind because
38:45
subconscious mind doesn't know the
38:46
difference what's real, what's imagined.
38:48
That's probably not the one that
38:51
controls everything. But here comes the
38:53
results. Tada.
38:57
>> Oh,
38:58
we only use 5%. You were right. We only
39:03
use 5% of our conscious mind to move and
39:07
95%
39:09
our unconscious subconscious mind. Which
39:13
means that imagine all our decisions,
39:16
all our behaviors, all our results we
39:19
getting, they are from the subconscious
39:22
mind,
39:23
the invisible, the ones that doesn't
39:26
know the difference. What's real, what's
39:28
imagined, everything, all our behavior
39:31
is controlled by unconscious mind 95%
39:36
from our programmings from the past,
39:38
from our childhood.
39:40
Which means that all the results we have
39:43
in life is from the almost all the
39:46
results is from our subconscious mind.
39:48
They say only 5% in business they say
39:52
only 5% is the strategy 95% is the
39:56
mindset. So when we reprogram our
39:59
mindset
40:00
this shows how powerful we can get. And
40:03
this picture represents the mindset, the
40:06
iceberg. You see like our conscious
40:10
mind, it's such a little part that is
40:13
visible. The invisible controls
40:17
the visible.
40:19
So all our beliefs, our values, our
40:23
memories, our habits, everything comes
40:26
from the subconscious mind. All our
40:29
selfimage.
40:32
I don't know if it is I don't know
40:34
correct or not. When we watch movie when
40:37
we watch a movie we cry we get scared
40:41
although we know that is not real. So
40:43
although that you know our subconscious
40:45
actually controlling our conscious
40:47
although we are so even when we are
40:50
living we are under control of
40:51
subconscious.
40:52
>> Exactly. That's why I wouldn't
40:54
recommend. Imagine all the movies we
40:57
watching, violence, killing, and we
41:00
watch sometimes all the bad movies and
41:02
accept all this information that goes in
41:05
our subconscious mind and affects our
41:07
behaviors, our results. I was studying
41:11
politics before. I was working at the
41:13
Danish embassy in Spain. And then I saw
41:17
the politics, how many things that I
41:20
didn't like. I stopped watching the
41:22
news. Today I don't watch the news
41:24
anymore. People might some people might
41:26
think that's ignorant. You have to watch
41:28
news. No, I don't care. We are the
41:32
creators of our life. We can change the
41:34
world by becoming the best version of
41:36
ourselves, not by accepting all the
41:38
negative information from the outside.
41:41
So guys until now just just just to to
41:47
before we go to the next part what do
41:49
you think until now what you learned has
41:52
it been useful? Yes.
41:54
>> Yes.
41:55
>> Yes.
41:56
>> What would you say that was your some of
42:00
your takeaways? Something that some
42:02
insight that you Oh, wow. This is this I
42:04
learned. What do you think was
42:07
important?
42:08
>> Understanding our subconscious mind and
42:12
conscious minds and how does it plays
42:14
role in our life?
42:16
>> Yes.
42:17
>> Very good. Something else that you think
42:19
was important to
42:22
>> Yes. I think the habits live in the
42:24
subconscious one live in the
42:25
subconscious one. So if you develop
42:27
habits you will if these habits are
42:30
habits of success then success will be
42:33
natural
42:36
know.
42:37
>> Yes.
42:37
>> You just
42:38
>> Yes. Exactly.
42:40
>> What's crazy is a lot of it is already
42:42
programmed by like 0 to 5 even in vitro
42:45
like our sense of safety and you know
42:47
what I mean our nervous systems
42:49
everything. So it's like Yeah. Exactly.
42:52
It's crazy how much information we we
42:54
got to reprogrammed with from the past,
42:57
from the news, from our parents, from
42:59
everything. When we understand how the
43:01
mind works, we can change our lives as
43:05
well. What do you think about identity?
43:08
Was that important too to understand how
43:10
your identity works?
43:11
>> Definitely. Yeah.
43:14
>> Great. So before
43:18
I want you again to stand up to move a
43:21
little bit and move your hands a little
43:23
bit the energy some movement
43:37
you know we become
43:39
and I want all of us to repeat identity
43:42
first reality follows. Identity first
43:46
reality follows.
43:48
>> Yes.
43:55
>> To wake up and to reach the start of
43:57
that.
44:01
So guys,
44:04
have you ever had some dream or some
44:06
goal that you really wanted to get but
44:10
you didn't take action?
44:16
Have you ever had any goal in your life?
44:19
You were like, I would love to do that.
44:22
You had it in your mind like, wow, I
44:24
want to create that business or I want
44:27
to do that thing, that hobby or travel
44:30
the world or anything in your life, you
44:34
find that but you didn't take action on
44:36
it.
44:37
>> Yeah,
44:37
>> I think we all have experienced that,
44:40
right?
44:41
So what is actually standing between you
44:44
and your goals? Most people they say
44:46
they want success, they want love, they
44:49
want financial freedom, but the
44:52
subconscious identity is still blocking
44:54
them. So when we understand our blocks,
44:58
what it is that is actually holding us
45:00
back, that's when we can release those
45:03
blocks.
45:05
So guys, I want you to discover your
45:07
current blocks.
45:09
What do I believe needs to happen before
45:13
I feel successful financially? That's
45:16
the first
45:18
because whatever your mind puts between
45:21
you and your goal, that's your block. So
45:24
some people say, "Oh, I need more money.
45:26
I need a better website. I need to hire
45:29
more people. I need to have more
45:31
certifications. I need to have better um
45:34
better titles. I need to this and that
45:37
and that and that and that." They have
45:39
so many excuses, but all those excuses
45:43
are often just our blocks.
45:47
So, what do you believe needs to happen
45:50
before we feel financially successful?
45:52
Second, what do I believe must happen
45:55
before I can create my dream life and
45:57
results? When you think about it, think
46:00
what is it that's stopping you from that
46:02
still? Maybe you're on the way and what
46:06
needs to happen before you can attract
46:08
healthy love. Maybe you already have
46:10
love so it doesn't matter. Or maybe you
46:12
have a love but there are still some
46:14
conflicts.
46:16
>> I think we all have tried that.
46:18
>> Yeah.
46:19
>> So guys, I want you to go two and two or
46:22
three and three in groups and just think
46:24
about it. Talk about it. Don't be shy.
46:28
>> Hi neighbor.
46:29
>> Hi neighbor.
46:31
It's me and
46:34
so
46:54
much.
47:06
two or three or three.
47:10
So you can
47:13
start with number
47:29
your fingers.
47:54
I'm trying to be a yoga
47:57
63.
48:00
So it's saying I think you're
48:03
financially
48:28
glory.
48:29
If everything
49:01
We are going to
49:06
continue.
49:25
You find your
49:30
I want
49:39
you
49:47
to
49:54
rejoice.
49:56
Yeah.
50:06
Uh please
50:38
That's all right.
50:50
Jesus
51:02
Christ.
51:14
just like
51:35
a week.
51:49
It's very interesting discussion.
51:55
>> What did you discover? Um a lot for
51:58
example like the a lot of the times it's
52:00
the one that current blocks are from the
52:03
childhood trauma especially from the
52:06
what is it generational trauma as well.
52:08
Yeah.
52:09
>> But that's the thing that we can talk
52:11
about.
52:13
>> Sometimes what our parents experience,
52:16
they give it further to us. We give it
52:18
to our kids. That's why it's so
52:20
important to bring that generational.
52:23
>> That's true. Someone wants to share.
52:25
Maybe someone is brave enough to share
52:27
what they
52:29
came with.
52:36
Yes.
52:38
So I find out
52:41
like what do I need to have before I
52:44
feel successful uh before I claim my
52:48
dream life result and also before I can
52:51
attract how to love. So it's very
52:53
general the first we have to believe in
52:56
ourselves
52:57
>> and then
52:59
your confidence
53:01
is very full. So when we understand
53:05
ourself and then we can prepare
53:07
everything uh for our goals uh for the
53:11
successful for the our dreams life
53:14
results and also how to love general is
53:17
not also by the partner but also can be
53:19
sharing with everyone like like today.
53:23
Yes.
53:29
Yeah. More wanted to share something.
53:37
>> Do you want to find a super
53:42
question?
53:48
So guys, everything that is between you
53:51
and your goal and the all excuses we
53:53
make. So for me for example my blogs
53:56
were like I wanted to have this
53:58
successful business but all my blogs was
54:01
always oh what I need to have more
54:03
knowledge I need to have more
54:04
certifications. I need to have more
54:07
money. I need to have a better landing
54:09
page. So all these things that I need
54:11
that and that and that and I was just
54:13
procrastinating and that was the blocks.
54:16
The same with dream life. When I wanted
54:18
to create my dream life I had so many
54:20
blocks so many limiting beliefs. I was a
54:23
but to create that dream life. I need to
54:26
be to be a better speaker. I need this
54:29
and that and that. So all the things
54:31
that we believe must happen that we make
54:33
excuses. We don't have it yet because of
54:36
this and that and that and that that's
54:37
our blocks. The same for the love. For
54:40
the love I was I had bad experiences
54:44
before but I thought oh you know a lot
54:46
of women they come to me and they tell
54:48
me there are no good men out there. old
54:51
man of bath. But in reality, it's never
54:55
about the other people. It's always
54:58
about us.
55:00
Every person we attract, the lovers
55:03
means that it's based on our
55:05
psychological needs. We attract partners
55:09
that often mirror our traumas or mirror
55:13
our self.
55:17
So when we change that that's when we
55:19
can attract health but not easy to
55:23
change that's also a block you see you
55:26
think it's not easy when you think it's
55:27
not easy it will not be easy but it can
55:30
be easy yeah
55:31
>> it can be easy whatever we think it's I
55:34
was thinking it's not easy to move your
55:37
body to create a new life to start a new
55:40
business but man you trust so much trust
55:45
will recognize your mind. I am worthy of
55:48
love. I am beautiful. I'm powerful. I'm
55:51
attracting a healthy masculine man who
55:54
is who will love me, who will be my best
55:56
friend, my soulmate. The same for the
55:58
man. Then we believe that that will
56:02
become our reality because what we
56:04
believe about ourselves, it's the energy
56:07
we radiate and people feel that the
56:10
results come not from the our looks. I
56:13
have seen the most beautiful girls in
56:16
beauty contest being so unlucky in love.
56:20
They were looking like stars but they
56:22
always attracted partners who cheated on
56:25
them, who didn't respect them, who were
56:28
always unfaithful. Why? Because of the
56:31
psychological wounds. It's nothing to do
56:34
with the appearance. People think, "Oh,
56:36
this girl is so beautiful. She must have
56:39
so much luck and love." No.
56:43
The zones don't come from appearance.
56:45
They come from our subconscious beliefs.
56:49
Doesn't matter how you look.
56:52
It matters what we believe about
56:54
ourselves.
56:56
So guys, what are the stories you keep
56:58
repeating to yourself? Here are some
57:01
examples. So for example, many people
57:03
they say, "I struggle with men. I
57:05
struggle with women. I struggle with
57:07
sales. I'm bad at money. I'm not
57:11
confident enough. I'm not ready yet.
57:14
They are opportunity maybe. I used to
57:17
have I remember I had this coach. So I I
57:21
really knew that I need to work on my
57:23
mindset and but I was procrastinating.
57:26
There was a good coach that I could
57:28
invest in but I always found excuses.
57:30
No, I'm not ready yet. But I was saving
57:33
my money. I was so afraid to invest in
57:35
that coach because I thought investment
57:38
this money in in the coach maybe I will
57:41
not get anything out of it. So my fears
57:43
were stopping me. But when I speak and I
57:46
said no I am ready to invest in that
57:49
coach. I sent the signal to my
57:52
subconscious mind I am worthy. I am
57:55
worthy of having a coach. I'm worthy of
57:58
money. when I invested in that coach,
58:01
this same I
58:04
can pay me the same amount of money that
58:06
I invested in my coach. Other people I
58:10
have also I'm not good at public
58:12
speaking. I will never succeed or I'm
58:15
not good in business and a lot of people
58:18
they fail before they even start. They
58:21
have a dream but they don't start that
58:24
business because what if I fail? They
58:27
have so much fear of failure or they
58:30
have what will people think of me? They
58:33
have fear of judgment. So many people
58:35
they have so much wisdom to share. So
58:38
many gifts. Guys, all of you will have
58:41
unique gifts. Each of you have a purpose
58:43
in life. And when you're not living that
58:46
purpose, your own purpose, you're
58:48
actually being selfish because other you
58:51
have some gifts that other people need
58:54
you. I I thought that I will always work
58:58
at the Danish embassy or at Google but I
59:02
felt unfulfilled because my it was not
59:04
my soul's calling. We all have a soul's
59:07
calling. Other people they're like oh I
59:10
need more experience certification. I'm
59:13
not good in social media. I also had
59:15
those. I had to push myself to start
59:18
making coaching videos to be seen. I was
59:20
afraid of being seen because what will
59:22
people think about me? people judging
59:24
how will I look on the camera all these
59:27
are blocks and limiting beliefs that we
59:29
need to let go it's important to
59:31
understand what we have what blocks we
59:33
have because when we understand those
59:35
that's when we can let them go so guys
59:39
we will be doing an exercise now and
59:43
that exercise it will be a meditation
59:46
short meditation
59:48
and it might awaken some emotions in you
59:52
it might even awake awaken some tears in
59:54
you or have experienced before but don't
59:57
worry if you feel some emotions it's a
59:59
good sign because it's sign that you're
1:00:02
releasing something so we will do a
1:00:04
guided meditation I will guide you so we
1:00:07
need all of us to be silent to put our
1:00:10
phones away to put one hand on your
1:00:14
heart and one hand on your belly sit
1:00:18
with a straight back put your feet
1:00:20
straight on the
1:00:22
around like this. Straight. Let the
1:00:26
shoulders back. Put one hand on your
1:00:29
chest, one hand on your belly, and close
1:00:32
your eyes.
1:00:35
Close your eyes and just ignore all the
1:00:38
sounds around you.
1:00:40
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
1:00:47
out through your mouth.
1:00:50
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
1:00:56
out through the mouth.
1:01:00
And just keep breathing deep. Ignore all
1:01:04
the sounds. Even though there are sounds
1:01:06
around you, just connect with yourself.
1:01:11
Relax your feet. Place all your tension
1:01:15
on your feet,
1:01:18
on your shoulders.
1:01:21
Relax your feet. Relax your legs,
1:01:27
your knees.
1:01:30
Relax your knees.
1:01:34
Relax your thighs, your upper legs,
1:01:41
your belly,
1:01:45
your chest,
1:01:47
and let go of any tension.
1:01:49
Just put all your attention on your
1:01:52
body. Connect with your body
1:01:56
and keep breathing deep. There is
1:01:58
nothing to think through. There is
1:02:00
nothing to figure out right now. Just be
1:02:04
here now in the present moment. Be here
1:02:08
in the present moment.
1:02:12
Nothing matters right now. and relax
1:02:15
your shoulders, your abs,
1:02:20
your throat, your face.
1:02:24
And now put all your attention on your
1:02:26
heart.
1:02:29
Think about
1:02:31
the most painful moment in your life.
1:02:38
The moment where you felt the most pain.
1:02:42
Maybe when you were rejected.
1:02:47
Maybe someone hurt you.
1:02:52
Maybe where you felt not enough.
1:02:57
Someone betrayed you.
1:02:59
Just look at that moment and observe it.
1:03:05
Observe it
1:03:09
and think about what lesson did you get
1:03:13
from that moment.
1:03:16
What did you learn from that moment?
1:03:20
Maybe you became stronger.
1:03:23
Maybe you understood that you need to
1:03:25
work on yourself.
1:03:31
And now I want you to think about that
1:03:33
moment as a gift.
1:03:36
some good thing. Think about that moment
1:03:39
and be grateful for that moment.
1:03:47
Think about it as something good.
1:03:51
What lessons did you get? What gift came
1:03:55
out of it? What did this painful moment
1:03:59
teach you?
1:04:08
Allow yourself to feel
1:04:17
what did that moment teach you. Just
1:04:19
feel gratitude for that moment
1:04:23
because every pain,
1:04:26
every challenge in life
1:04:29
is here.
1:04:32
happening for us so we can grow.
1:04:37
Look at that challenge, that pain as
1:04:40
your biggest gift.
1:04:45
Think how you can turn that into your
1:04:47
biggest gift.
1:04:53
And in your mind, say, "Thank you for
1:04:56
that painful situation that we're giving
1:05:00
you lessons." That we're giving you
1:05:03
something.
1:05:05
Turn that pain into power.
1:05:11
And now I want you to take a deep breath
1:05:15
in through the nose.
1:05:19
Out through the mouth.
1:05:24
In through the nose.
1:05:28
Out through the mouth.
1:05:35
You can move your feet a little bit,
1:05:38
your legs,
1:05:41
your shoulders, your hands,
1:05:46
and your fingers.
1:05:54
And whenever you feel ready,
1:05:56
you can slowly open your eyes.
1:06:11
It's okay if you get some tears if some
1:06:14
emotions come up.
1:06:17
It's powerful because it shows that you
1:06:20
are actually releasing.
1:06:23
So many times, too much time in our
1:06:26
life, we suppress our pain. We suppress
1:06:30
so many things that happen to us. We
1:06:34
keep it in our subconscious mind and we
1:06:37
don't do anything about it. But when we
1:06:40
suppress the pain, it will always come
1:06:43
out in some situations. Maybe in your
1:06:46
your relationship, you will be angry.
1:06:49
You will shout at your partner. You will
1:06:51
have reactive behavior. Maybe it will
1:06:54
show up in other situations. That's why
1:06:57
it's so important.
1:06:59
to observe our pain
1:07:02
and to truly see it and let it go and to
1:07:06
see something positive because every
1:07:09
single pain is happening for us so we
1:07:13
can grow. When I was a kid, I was
1:07:17
rejected by my father. My parents got
1:07:20
divorced and my father told me that he
1:07:24
doesn't want to speak with me anymore.
1:07:28
I was just 11 years old. My father was
1:07:31
my hero. I loved him so much. And
1:07:35
suddenly he didn't want to talk with me
1:07:37
anymore.
1:07:39
I was sitting there was crying. Why?
1:07:43
I was thinking why is my father
1:07:45
rejecting me? I love him so much. He's
1:07:47
my hero. And it was so painful.
1:07:52
And when I grew up, I could choose to be
1:07:56
a victim and feel like rejected one or
1:07:59
to accept myself and love myself
1:08:03
and forgive him.
1:08:06
And if this didn't happen, I wouldn't be
1:08:09
here today. I wouldn't help my clients
1:08:12
who went through abandonment traumas,
1:08:14
who went through rejections. I wouldn't
1:08:17
know what his true self are because
1:08:19
that's the way he taught me how to truly
1:08:22
really truly love myself and forgive my
1:08:25
father. After 15 years, I made peace
1:08:28
with him and I forgave him. I understood
1:08:31
that every single person does the best
1:08:34
at the conscious level they are at. If
1:08:37
someone hurt you, it's not because they
1:08:41
are bad people. It's because they are
1:08:43
going through something. No one was born
1:08:46
mean. No one was born evil. The mo the
1:08:51
people who hurt the most are the ones
1:08:53
who are most hurt. They are the ones who
1:08:56
experience the most pain. So everything
1:08:59
is about forgiveness.
1:09:02
So guys,
1:09:04
how was that exercise? Was it a little
1:09:06
bit emotional?
1:09:07
>> Yes, it was.
1:09:08
>> Yes. Yes. Some things came up. You don't
1:09:11
have to share. It's personal.
1:09:12
>> Definitely.
1:09:13
>> Yes. Okay. Good. That's a good sign. It
1:09:16
means when things come up and you
1:09:18
connect with yourself, that shows that
1:09:20
you are that you are connected very well
1:09:23
with yourself
1:09:25
because you allow yourself. If nothing
1:09:27
comes up, it's because you don't allow
1:09:29
yourself. But if it came up, it's good.
1:09:32
That's good. So guys,
1:09:35
remember that life is not happening to
1:09:38
you. It's happening for you. All these
1:09:41
challenges are happening for you so you
1:09:43
can grow. If you went through betrayal
1:09:47
or heartbreak or something that happened
1:09:49
in your life, it happened for you so you
1:09:52
could fight, so you could heal yourself.
1:09:54
So you could grow. If someone bullied me
1:09:57
when I was bullied, when I was a little
1:10:00
girl and I was bullied and they told me,
1:10:01
"You look like a rat. You are so ugly."
1:10:04
When I heard those words and I grew up
1:10:06
and I have insecurities, this forced me
1:10:11
to work on myself to reprogram my
1:10:14
mindset to shift my identity to believe
1:10:17
that I am beautiful. I'm capable of
1:10:20
winning beauty contests. If I didn't
1:10:22
have that experience, I wouldn't be able
1:10:24
to help other people. So everything that
1:10:27
happened to us is actually happening for
1:10:30
us. So we can step into our power
1:10:33
instead of being victim. We can turn
1:10:36
that victim mind into power. Many people
1:10:39
they go around and oh this happened to
1:10:41
me. Oh my boyfriend cheated on me. My
1:10:44
parents were so bad. This happened to
1:10:46
me. But actually we can turn all this to
1:10:50
our power and the forgiveness is the
1:10:53
most important thing. When we are angry
1:10:55
at someone, it's because it's like
1:10:58
carrying cancer in our body. When we
1:11:01
angry at someone,
1:11:03
it's like we making ourself sick. When
1:11:06
you forgive, you are actually it's every
1:11:09
forgiveness it's self forgiveness.
1:11:13
When we are angry,
1:11:15
we are only hurting ourselves.
1:11:18
So guys, let's change a bit the energy.
1:11:21
Let's stand up. Move a little bit. Let's
1:11:26
move a little bit. Move your hands a
1:11:29
little bit. Move the energy. It's a
1:11:31
sign, is it?
1:11:36
We should have some music or something.
1:11:38
Move your shoulders. Don't be afraid to
1:11:40
move.
1:11:42
>> Energy moves from movement.
1:11:47
And now you can sit down. It's just a
1:11:50
little movement. It helps move the
1:11:52
energy because now is the next chapter.
1:11:57
How to step into success identity
1:12:00
because everything you want in life, any
1:12:03
business, any love, it's already
1:12:05
existing.
1:12:07
Everything you want, it's already
1:12:09
existing and you can get that. You just
1:12:12
need to get on that energetic frequency.
1:12:17
The only question is are you ready to
1:12:19
get on that identity?
1:12:21
>> Yes.
1:12:23
>> Yes.
1:12:23
>> Like that success identity. So guys,
1:12:29
>> I'm going to share with you how many of
1:12:31
you would like to hear the techniques
1:12:34
that can help you to get on that success
1:12:36
identity.
1:12:37
>> Yes.
1:12:39
>> Yes.
1:12:39
>> Yes. Yes. You're great.
1:12:42
So guys, I'm going to show you this
1:12:46
power method, the fivestep power method
1:12:50
that I was talking about before that I
1:12:53
said I worked six years. I went through
1:12:56
a lot of things. I studied neuroscience,
1:12:59
psychology, went through breakups, went
1:13:01
through a lot of turbulence and I put
1:13:04
all this knowledge together
1:13:08
to find out
1:13:10
how we can actually step into that
1:13:13
success identity. I found out the hard
1:13:17
way.
1:13:18
So, you get to find it the easy way. So
1:13:22
guys, here is the most important part
1:13:25
because this is where I will tell my
1:13:27
secret and usually I don't share that
1:13:30
those things because usually I don't do
1:13:33
many free workshops. This is only for
1:13:35
people who invest in my programs that I
1:13:38
share that with and this these girls
1:13:40
that I shared about the one who
1:13:42
attracted love, the one who created her
1:13:45
own business, they went through those
1:13:47
five steps. Actually I use those five
1:13:50
steps in my fiveweek program. So guys,
1:13:55
what do you think is the first that is
1:13:57
the P power metal? P. What does it stand
1:14:00
for?
1:14:02
>> P
1:14:03
>> personality.
1:14:04
>> Good. Good.
1:14:06
>> Power
1:14:08
method. P. What does
1:14:11
>> yourself?
1:14:14
That's also good suggestion.
1:14:16
>> Suggestions.
1:14:19
>> So the first step is are you ready to
1:14:22
hear it? Yes.
1:14:26
>> Programming release
1:14:29
>> surprise.
1:14:31
That's the first step. That's actually
1:14:34
five weeks. It's five steps and it's
1:14:37
five weeks. So the first week is
1:14:38
programming
1:14:40
because first we need to understand what
1:14:43
are all our programmings. Now we just
1:14:46
have a little glimpse of the
1:14:47
programmings that we have. We just
1:14:50
looked at our small glimpse
1:14:54
about programming but in it's so
1:14:57
important because our programmings
1:14:59
control our results our behaviors our
1:15:02
confidence everything. So first we need
1:15:05
to understand what programmings we have
1:15:07
when we understand them we can release
1:15:11
them. So the per first step is
1:15:14
understanding the programming release
1:15:17
and that's in my five week program we do
1:15:19
it in the first week
1:15:22
and second I already re revealed
1:15:28
second step is
1:15:30
open a new vision. So when you release
1:15:34
your programmings now it's about your
1:15:37
vision your soul's calling. What do you
1:15:40
really want in life? What is your soul
1:15:42
calling you to do? Most people live
1:15:45
their lives and they are not really
1:15:47
following their soul's calling. Do you
1:15:50
really do what you love in life right
1:15:52
now? If you would say, I mean, you
1:15:54
really really living the life that I
1:15:56
truly want first. Most people have no
1:15:59
idea even what they want. They don't
1:16:01
know, you know, like I don't know what I
1:16:03
want. But it's so important to actually
1:16:07
to know what you want. What is your
1:16:10
goal? Do you want to become that
1:16:12
successful businessman or that
1:16:15
successful business woman who attracts
1:16:18
love, who shows up for herself, who's
1:16:21
not afraid to be visible.
1:16:24
So that's your vision. Second step,
1:16:29
winning identity or that's actually the
1:16:32
third step.
1:16:33
So then when you reprogram your when you
1:16:36
released your programmings
1:16:39
you had a new vision what you want and
1:16:43
then you shift your identity to the
1:16:45
winning identity to the bigger identity
1:16:48
that is so important. That's the third
1:16:50
step because when you get on the winner
1:16:53
identity that's when you can reach back
1:16:58
your vision.
1:17:00
And you know what? A lot of coaches,
1:17:02
they do that mistake that they coach
1:17:06
the clients
1:17:09
how to reach their goals,
1:17:13
but they don't help them to actually
1:17:16
release the programmings. It's not
1:17:18
enough to have a wish and know what you
1:17:20
want. First, you have to release your
1:17:22
blocks. Everything that is blocking you,
1:17:26
everything. Think about it. Like we
1:17:28
looked at what what was blocking you to
1:17:30
have the love of your life. What was
1:17:33
blocking you to have being financially
1:17:35
successful? What is blocking you from
1:17:37
having a dream body? Everything.
1:17:41
Everything that you don't have but you
1:17:42
want, that's your blocks.
1:17:45
And they have to release those blocks
1:17:48
before. So the next the next you will
1:17:51
never guess what this the number four
1:17:53
step.
1:17:56
I wouldn't guess myself, but you can
1:17:58
give a guess. Starts with E.
1:18:00
>> Energy.
1:18:02
>> Empowering.
1:18:02
>> Empowering.
1:18:03
>> I love your suggestion. Excellent.
1:18:06
>> Exactly.
1:18:08
>> Exactly.
1:18:09
>> Okay. I love it. It's actually related
1:18:13
to energy and empowerment.
1:18:16
>> But feel it, lady.
1:18:18
>> Expand.
1:18:19
>> Expand through fear.
1:18:22
>> We have to expand through fear. We have
1:18:26
to face our fears because so many times
1:18:30
people fail before they even start.
1:18:34
They are afraid to invest in their
1:18:36
business. They afraid to show up on
1:18:39
camera, speak about themselves or they
1:18:43
afraid to invest in a coach. They afraid
1:18:47
to so many things or they afraid to do
1:18:50
public speaking. That was me. I was I
1:18:53
need this. I went through all these
1:18:55
phases. That's why I created this
1:18:57
five-step method because I know each
1:19:00
step in the right order.
1:19:03
That's so important because many times
1:19:06
we have so many fears and we don't go
1:19:08
after our big dreams because the fears
1:19:11
is stopping us. But when we face our
1:19:14
fears, the reason we have fears is
1:19:18
because we are afraid that we will lose.
1:19:22
We afraid of failure. So we lose before
1:19:25
we even start.
1:19:28
But what is the worst thing that would
1:19:29
happen? What is the worst thing that
1:19:32
would happen?
1:19:34
When you know that you can recreate
1:19:36
again what you're afraid to lose, that's
1:19:40
when you can release your fear.
1:19:42
So, and the last one are
1:19:48
>> rebranding yourself. Real love.
1:19:52
>> What did you say?
1:19:53
>> Rebranding yourself.
1:19:55
>> Oh,
1:19:57
>> similar. Similar.
1:20:00
>> Rebrand yourself.
1:20:00
>> Recreate. Yeah.
1:20:01
>> Reveal.
1:20:02
>> Recreate.
1:20:03
>> Reset.
1:20:03
>> Reset.
1:20:05
>> Reveal.
1:20:07
>> Reveal.
1:20:08
>> Reveal. Wow. I love all your answers.
1:20:10
>> Recreate.
1:20:19
Because our health is determined
1:20:23
the results we get in life. Do we wake
1:20:26
up in the morning? How do we start our
1:20:28
morning? Do we wake up in the morning
1:20:30
and we scroll? We think about all the
1:20:33
worries. You look at the phone or do we
1:20:35
wake up in the morning and we start our
1:20:38
day with meditation, those positive
1:20:40
affirmations,
1:20:42
the breath work, journaling, going to
1:20:46
the gym. How do we start our days? All
1:20:50
our habits when we shift our identity,
1:20:53
we don't want to have any more bad
1:20:55
habits. It automatically comes. You
1:20:58
know, it's so funny because as I told
1:21:00
you before, when I coach my client and
1:21:03
the goal was just to get more success in
1:21:06
her business, but she actually got a
1:21:09
stunning body because she changed her
1:21:12
habits. She changed when she got the
1:21:14
winner identity, the winner identity,
1:21:18
she didn't want anymore to eat unhealthy
1:21:21
food, to eat to eat sugar because it was
1:21:24
like, "No, I don't want that anymore. I
1:21:27
love myself too much to take all this
1:21:29
sugar. I want to go to the gym. So you
1:21:32
know guys all these things are related
1:21:35
with each other. And a lot of people I
1:21:37
see so many clients or so many coaches
1:21:39
they do this that they focus only on the
1:21:41
vision. They say what do you want? I
1:21:43
will help you to reach your goal. But
1:21:46
then even if you reach your goal, why do
1:21:50
lottery winners
1:21:52
lose their money so fast? Why do lottery
1:21:55
winners lose their money so fast?
1:21:58
>> Because they don't have identity of a
1:22:00
rich person. So a lot of winners, lot of
1:22:04
winners, they win a lot of money and
1:22:06
they so happy in the moment they maybe
1:22:08
they manifested that they win the money
1:22:11
but after a short time they go broke
1:22:14
again. Why? Because the identity tells
1:22:18
them you are not worthy of money. So
1:22:20
they get the money but they don't know
1:22:22
how to keep it. They don't know how to
1:22:23
invest it. They don't know what to do
1:22:25
with it. They get overwhelmed. The
1:22:26
nervous system cannot accept it. It's to
1:22:29
do a lot with our nervous system. We
1:22:32
need to reprogram even. We need to
1:22:34
balance our nervous system through
1:22:36
meditation, through our inner work. And
1:22:40
that's why or a lot of women, they want
1:22:43
to find a man. They want to find the
1:22:45
dream partner. Finally, they meet this
1:22:48
dream woman or this dream man, but then
1:22:51
they sabotage the relationship. They
1:22:53
start getting so jealous, so anxious or
1:22:56
they afraid of love. Oh no. Oh no,
1:22:58
that's too much. What if this person
1:23:00
will hurt me? They get jealous.
1:23:03
So a lot of things that we want, we
1:23:06
actually sabotage that. That's why each
1:23:09
step is so important. So many, as I
1:23:12
said, many coaches, they focus, what do
1:23:14
you want? I will help you to become
1:23:16
rich. But they don't focus about what do
1:23:19
you need to release first. You need to
1:23:21
release first all the limiting beliefs
1:23:23
about money, about love. Then you need
1:23:27
to have your vision that is very strong.
1:23:30
What do you truly want? You have to get
1:23:32
to that identity and then you have to
1:23:35
step out of your comfort zone to get
1:23:38
that and refine your habits. Get the
1:23:41
habits of that winner identity. How
1:23:44
would the best version of myself act?
1:23:47
What standards would they have? What
1:23:49
standards would you have? Like if you
1:23:52
want a good lover, you have to say no to
1:23:55
everything that is not in frequency. You
1:24:00
have to say no to all the bad guys, all
1:24:01
the bad women.
1:24:06
>> No. Because what if you accept
1:24:08
unacceptable behavior? That's not self
1:24:11
love.
1:24:12
So your standards have to have to raise.
1:24:15
So guys, are you ready to step into your
1:24:18
success identity?
1:24:20
>> Yes. Yes. Yes. Definitely.
1:24:24
>> You cannot create a new life with an old
1:24:27
identity.
1:24:28
>> The question is not what you want. The
1:24:31
question would you need to become to
1:24:33
create that. And we will do a very very
1:24:37
powerful exercise that will help you to
1:24:39
feel that very powerful exercise. Before
1:24:42
the exercise, let's stand up and move a
1:24:44
little
1:24:52
your shoulders
1:24:56
just to move the energy. Don't be afraid
1:24:58
to move. Okay. And now you can sit down.
1:25:04
So we will be doing one more exercise
1:25:08
that will help you to activate this
1:25:12
bigger and identity. Now it's very
1:25:15
important part guys. So I suggest that
1:25:18
you guys concentrate and put some focus
1:25:21
because this exercise helped so many
1:25:23
people and it helped me. It helped me a
1:25:27
lot because we will step into that
1:25:29
identity. We when we quiet our mind when
1:25:34
we quiet our mind through meditation
1:25:37
when we are not you know so many times
1:25:40
we are not in the present moment. Most
1:25:42
of our life we are thinking about what
1:25:44
will happen tomorrow or what happened
1:25:46
yesterday that we forget to be in the
1:25:49
present moment. We forget to enjoy the
1:25:51
now. We all the time worry what about
1:25:53
tomorrow the problems of tomorrow. Oh
1:25:55
this happened yesterday. But when you
1:25:58
quiet your mind and you are in the
1:26:00
present moment,
1:26:03
that's when you can reprogram your
1:26:06
subconscious mind because then all the
1:26:08
thoughts, all the worries because
1:26:12
>> 70% of the time those thoughts that we
1:26:14
receive, they are negative. But the way
1:26:17
of reprogramming our mind is through
1:26:20
calming our nervous system, meditating,
1:26:23
doing breath work, relaxing and through
1:26:25
our imagination.
1:26:27
So I will do a little exercise that will
1:26:30
really help you to connect. You will see
1:26:32
how your energy will raise after that
1:26:34
exercise. But I want all of you to take
1:26:37
it seriously.
1:26:38
So I will suggest all of you to put your
1:26:42
phones away and we will do a little
1:26:44
meditation to step into your success
1:26:48
identity.
1:26:50
And even though there are some sounds
1:26:52
around
1:26:57
Even if you hear sounds, ignore them.
1:26:59
Focus truly on yourself. Sometimes you
1:27:01
get so much. It's a good practice.
1:27:03
Actually, sometimes when I meditate, I
1:27:05
hear the dogs around the traffic and and
1:27:08
I'm like, it doesn't matter. I'm strong
1:27:10
enough to actually calm down my nervous
1:27:13
system and not focus about all the
1:27:16
noises around. That's a good exercise.
1:27:19
So guys, let's put all of us our phones
1:27:23
away
1:27:25
and I want all of us to sit like we did
1:27:28
before. Before we were releasing the
1:27:30
pain, now we activating the success.
1:27:34
I want all of you to sit down
1:27:39
straight,
1:27:41
straight back
1:27:43
with the legs like this. shoulders up
1:27:48
and put one hand again on your heart and
1:27:51
the other on your face.
1:27:54
And let's start taking some deep breath
1:27:57
in through the nose.
1:28:00
Out through the mouth.
1:28:05
In through the nose.
1:28:10
Out through the mouth.
1:28:14
Just keep breathing deep and focus all
1:28:18
your attention on your breath.
1:28:21
How it goes in through the nose and how
1:28:24
it goes out through the mouth.
1:28:28
And just put all your attention on your
1:28:31
head,
1:28:33
on your forehead.
1:28:36
And relax your forehead.
1:28:41
Relax your face.
1:28:44
your eyes,
1:28:48
your nose,
1:28:52
your lips,
1:28:55
your throat.
1:28:58
You're feeling more and more relaxed and
1:29:01
more and more connected with yourself.
1:29:04
There is nothing that matters right now.
1:29:07
You are here and now just in the present
1:29:09
moment connecting with your heart.
1:29:14
Just feel how your heart is beating.
1:29:22
Ignore all the sounds of breath. Relax
1:29:26
all your body.
1:29:29
Place your attention on your chest,
1:29:34
on your belly.
1:29:38
Feel how your belly goes in and out when
1:29:40
you breathe.
1:29:44
Your hips are relaxed.
1:29:50
Your legs, your upper legs,
1:29:56
your knees,
1:30:03
all your leg so relaxed,
1:30:07
so much peace. There is nothing to find
1:30:11
out right now. You are so much in peace
1:30:14
connected with yourself. Your feet are
1:30:17
relaxed.
1:30:19
And now place all your attention on your
1:30:22
heart.
1:30:26
Nothing matters right now. Not even one
1:30:29
song. Take away your attention from
1:30:32
being connected to yourself.
1:30:35
Imagine
1:30:37
yourself standing in front of the mirror
1:30:42
and in that mirror,
1:30:45
in that mirror, you see your future
1:30:48
self,
1:30:49
the most successful,
1:30:52
powerful, confident version of yourself.
1:30:57
How does he or she looks like?
1:31:01
What type of energy they have?
1:31:05
Look, take a good look at yourself.
1:31:09
Look how you are smiling. So confident.
1:31:13
All your needs are met.
1:31:18
What type of clothes are you wearing?
1:31:22
You are the most successful, rich,
1:31:26
confident version of yourself.
1:31:30
Just you look at yourself and you feel
1:31:32
so proud.
1:31:36
Now you you are seeing your dream house.
1:31:39
You standing in your dream house, your
1:31:42
dream home. You look around and you see
1:31:46
your dream furniture.
1:31:48
How does this house look like?
1:31:55
What type of furniture you have? What
1:31:57
type of design you have?
1:32:02
You see a beautiful couch and you go
1:32:05
towards that couch.
1:32:09
You sit down on that beautiful couch
1:32:14
and you take a look at your bank
1:32:15
account.
1:32:18
How much money you earn?
1:32:21
Just look at your bank account and see
1:32:24
the numbers.
1:32:30
Feeling so proud of yourself because you
1:32:33
just had a day where you truly did what
1:32:37
you truly truly loved.
1:32:41
All your needs are met.
1:32:44
You're doing an impact. So happy.
1:32:50
And suddenly you see your dream partner
1:32:53
is coming in, coming home to you. your
1:32:58
dream woman or your dream man.
1:33:01
They are smiling at you.
1:33:05
They're giving you hug and they are so
1:33:08
proud of you.
1:33:12
You just feel so much love towards
1:33:16
yourself, towards your partner.
1:33:19
You see so happy together
1:33:24
and you have everything you want.
1:33:33
Just feel that feeling. How does it feel
1:33:37
to have everything you want in life with
1:33:40
no limitations?
1:33:51
Then you go back and watch that move.
1:33:55
You go back.
1:33:57
And you stand to the front of that
1:33:59
mirror
1:34:03
and you see yourself in the
1:34:07
body that you dream
1:34:10
clothes looking so good, so confident,
1:34:15
so powerful.
1:34:19
And that version of yourself in the
1:34:21
mirror has a message for you.
1:34:29
They want to tell what could your future
1:34:31
self tell to you right now?
1:34:36
What can that best version of yourself
1:34:40
tells you right now?
1:34:44
Just go from your heart and listen to
1:34:46
that what they have to tell you.
1:35:04
Take that wise
1:35:13
and imagine that version of yourself
1:35:17
in the mirror.
1:35:19
getting out of the mirror and connecting
1:35:22
with you. That version is you already.
1:35:26
Now you can be that version. Now
1:35:31
imagine how you connect with that
1:35:34
version from your just inside of your
1:35:38
body.
1:35:42
Just feel this confidence, this
1:35:44
happiness, this courage.
1:35:48
How the best version of yourself act.
1:35:53
How the best version of yourself
1:35:56
walk
1:35:58
they will be
1:36:01
they feel worthy investing in themselves
1:36:06
celebrating the money.
1:36:10
They feel worthy of love success.
1:36:15
You are this version already.
1:36:19
Tell to yourself, in your mind,
1:36:23
I am enough.
1:36:25
I am powerful.
1:36:31
I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.
1:36:36
And I'm ready to take action on my
1:36:40
decisions. I take decisions easy. And
1:36:43
I'm an action taker.
1:36:45
I'm worthy.
1:36:54
Now take a deep breath in through the
1:36:57
nose,
1:37:00
out through the mouth.
1:37:05
In through the nose,
1:37:10
through the mouth.
1:37:15
Slowly put your attention back to the
1:37:19
seat to the room you're sitting in.
1:37:24
Feel your feet,
1:37:28
your head,
1:37:31
your hands,
1:37:34
your legs.
1:37:40
Whenever you are ready,
1:37:42
slowly open your eyes.
1:37:57
How do you feel guys?
1:38:00
>> Good.
1:38:01
>> Good.
1:38:02
>> Was it possible to connect with them
1:38:04
yourself?
1:38:06
>> Yes.
1:38:07
>> Yes.
1:38:08
>> Did you have a good imagination?
1:38:10
>> Yes.
1:38:11
>> Yes.
1:38:11
>> Yes.
1:38:13
Do you f happiness or some emotion.
1:38:18
>> Yeah.
1:38:20
Okay.
1:38:22
So just you imagining that you are
1:38:26
already reprogramming your subconscious
1:38:29
mind because imagination is very
1:38:32
powerful that just one little little
1:38:35
glimpse of what I use I do in my program
1:38:39
when I coach my clients and that's
1:38:41
already part of you actually in the
1:38:44
present moment and when you connect with
1:38:47
yourself and you imagine that is so
1:38:50
powerful.
1:38:51
And now I want you to do one more
1:38:53
exercise.
1:38:56
That was actually the slide of your
1:39:00
future self visualization. I want you to
1:39:03
do one exercise.
1:39:07
I want you to describe yourself. What
1:39:10
did you see? How does this version think
1:39:12
of you? How did they treat yourself? And
1:39:15
tell it to each other. Just take some
1:39:17
few seconds and tell it to each other.
1:39:19
Don't be shy. Put your phones away and
1:39:22
tell yourself
1:39:32
just say some few words like that
1:39:34
version of me is confident, this
1:39:36
powerless taking actions, taking
1:39:38
decisions. Easy. Just tell to your to
1:39:40
your partners next to you. Just some few
1:39:43
words.
1:39:51
our
1:39:54
best
1:40:03
Okay.
1:40:15
But that is
1:40:18
why
1:40:21
I open my eyes.
1:40:32
Life is passing
1:40:34
>> getting all the good
1:40:39
less and less likely
1:40:47
who I am.
1:40:58
>> Okay guys, let's come back. Some of you
1:41:00
maybe shared, some of you maybe didn't.
1:41:02
But as long as you have it in your head,
1:41:04
that's enough. You all know what to
1:41:06
remember. If you're still a bit shy to
1:41:09
share, that's okay. But I feel I believe
1:41:11
that all of you saw some qualities in
1:41:14
yourself that you want in your
1:41:15
experience in life. So that's already
1:41:18
enough. The next exercise would be, but
1:41:22
I don't know if you're going to do that
1:41:23
or not,
1:41:25
>> guys. I want all of you to stand up
1:41:29
>> and just for 30 seconds
1:41:32
you can close your eyes if you're shy.
1:41:35
Just like take a little walk around. How
1:41:38
would that imagine? How would that
1:41:40
version
1:41:43
and success version of myself walk? How
1:41:46
would they
1:41:48
move just a little bit here? Just a
1:41:51
little
1:41:59
just
1:42:17
a successful man or
1:42:32
You can come back to your seat. Let's
1:42:34
all of us come back to our seat
1:42:38
because
1:42:40
right now just everyone sit down please.
1:42:44
You can sit down. It's just a little
1:42:46
embodiment. You felt it. You imagined
1:42:50
it.
1:42:52
And now you also did some movement. You
1:42:54
already That's a little part of
1:42:56
reprogramming your subconscious mind.
1:42:58
Now you already planted a seed. You
1:43:02
already planted something in your
1:43:04
subconscious. It's a part of
1:43:06
reprogramming yourself. That was just a
1:43:09
little glimpse of that. So guys, I want
1:43:13
all of you to share some takeaways from
1:43:16
what you got right now. I want all of
1:43:19
you to scan that and send me a message
1:43:23
on my Instagram. Just a few takeaways,
1:43:26
some insight, some realization what you
1:43:29
learned. Just send a short message. It's
1:43:32
it's it's for you also to remember what
1:43:36
you learn today and learn that that
1:43:41
identity is so important. I will commit
1:43:45
you to do one action. Just write
1:43:48
something something that you realize or
1:43:50
learn some breakthrough maybe that you
1:43:53
experience on one new version of
1:43:56
yourself that you would like to step
1:43:58
into.
1:44:00
That's my coaching Instagram. Write more
1:44:02
than one message to me. So, there's some
1:44:05
takeaways.
1:44:07
>> Don't be shy.
1:44:09
>> Is it okay if I take a photo of two
1:44:11
slides before? I missed the questions,
1:44:13
Mark.
1:44:14
>> Yes, sure. Did everyone take a picture
1:44:16
or connect it with a barcode or QR code?
1:44:28
And the ones who send me a message, you
1:44:30
will also receive a little gift, a
1:44:32
little guided meditation.
1:44:36
>> Yes.
1:44:38
So, don't hesitate to do that. Just send
1:44:41
me a message, some take away today. I
1:44:45
learned this, I learned that, I realized
1:44:49
something. I want to step into that new
1:44:52
version of myself.
1:44:57
When you actually send a message out,
1:44:59
it's like you're sending message to your
1:45:01
subconscious mind, to the universe,
1:45:04
already sending out a positive Oh,
1:45:25
>> is it
1:45:27
>> is it okay if I take a photo two slides
1:45:29
before?
1:45:30
>> Yes, sure. I just wait everyone.
1:45:35
Yeah, thank you. Sorry I missed. Yeah, I
1:45:38
miss
1:45:39
>> I don't know if I miss
1:45:42
and
1:45:43
>> you send it. Thank you.
1:45:48
>> Raise your hand when you finish.
1:45:53
Just take your time. Take your time.
1:45:54
Just don't worry.
1:46:18
Thank you.
1:46:54
Um, so can I ask what the first step?
1:46:59
>> Yes.
1:47:00
>> I'm trying to remember what the first
1:47:01
step was like letting go of old
1:47:02
patterns.
1:47:03
>> Yes. Old programs.
1:47:04
>> What techniques do you use to let go of
1:47:07
old programs?
1:47:08
>> So you know there is
1:47:10
there is inner child war. There is EFT
1:47:14
tapping. There are many techniques to
1:47:17
connect to go back to that old version
1:47:20
of yourself to understand the root where
1:47:23
did it start. So for example in my
1:47:26
coaching program I guide my clients um
1:47:29
through a meditation where we go back in
1:47:32
the past their childhood and you see
1:47:35
where did this program come from. Maybe
1:47:38
a parent was emotionally unavailable.
1:47:41
Maybe parent criticized the kid. Maybe
1:47:44
someone experienced something, you know,
1:47:47
maybe a breakup or something or some
1:47:49
painful situation or an accident or
1:47:52
bullying. So, we go back, we relive that
1:47:55
story, we feel the emotions and then we
1:47:58
let it go. And this is just like one one
1:48:02
how are you letting it go? It's through
1:48:05
meditation. It takes like it's an
1:48:07
exercise that I I I guide my clients
1:48:10
through. This this is just one part but
1:48:14
there are many different things. You can
1:48:15
write letter to your younger self. We I
1:48:19
use some techniques EMD art healing
1:48:22
where we do some techniques with the
1:48:24
eyes where you recall the old the old
1:48:28
stories that happened to you. So there
1:48:30
are many different techniques. It all
1:48:32
depends what the client needs. Some of
1:48:34
them have deep inner child. Some of them
1:48:37
need like softer uh reprogramming.
1:48:42
>> Yeah. Thank you
1:48:44
guys. Did you raise your hand if you
1:48:47
already did it?
1:48:48
>> Yes.
1:48:51
>> Yes. Guys, did you already finish? Raise
1:48:54
your hand to finish.
1:48:57
>> Yes.
1:49:02
We still have some view.
1:49:13
>> Did you finish?
1:49:22
>> Yes, you finished with
1:49:26
You still writing something?
1:49:29
>> Oh, yes. finish on take your time.
1:49:39
>> And when you get to unearthing and then
1:49:42
trying to let it go, how do you call in
1:49:45
what they want? Is it like a
1:49:47
visualization? This gives you sensation.
1:49:50
It's emotional embodiment and even
1:49:53
movement like right now it does just
1:49:56
little movement like you did that you
1:49:58
walk like this. It's first understanding
1:50:01
your blocks and then working on
1:50:04
releasing those blocks and then
1:50:06
embodying that new version of yourself
1:50:09
through movement, through imagination,
1:50:11
through breath work, through meditation,
1:50:14
through repetition. There are so many
1:50:16
techniques. I use different techniques
1:50:18
on each client depending what they need,
1:50:20
what they want and every client usually
1:50:23
needs a bit different techniques
1:50:25
>> depends on what they have been through
1:50:27
before.
1:50:29
Thank you.
1:50:32
>> Okay. Okay guys,
1:50:35
>> so right now what we discovered today,
1:50:39
let's just think about what we
1:50:41
discovered today. If any of you want you
1:50:44
can share what you are your takeaways
1:50:46
just some few sentences.
1:50:55
>> Has it been useful so far?
1:50:57
>> Yes. Yes.
1:50:59
>> Okay.
1:51:00
>> You can. How many of you think that's
1:51:02
something you can apply already now?
1:51:06
>> Yes.
1:51:07
>> Say yes.
1:51:08
>> Yes.
1:51:10
>> Great.
1:51:10
>> So guys, what we discovered today? We
1:51:13
discovered some of your blocks. We
1:51:15
discovered how to transform pain into
1:51:18
your power. We discovered experience
1:51:21
your future self. Maybe you saw
1:51:23
yourself, how you want to be and all is
1:51:26
amazing. But that's just a little part
1:51:29
of that because right now we experience
1:51:32
a bit of motivation. But true true
1:51:35
change, true transformation happens when
1:51:39
we actually do the consistent action.
1:51:42
True results come from action and from
1:51:45
the guidance. that for example when I
1:51:48
wanted to do that work I remember many
1:51:51
times I got motivated but after two days
1:51:53
two three days I went back to the old
1:51:56
identity so the consistency and the
1:51:58
action every day to take that decision I
1:52:02
will do some action it what gets you
1:52:04
first it's awareness that's what we got
1:52:07
a little bit of today
1:52:10
and then
1:52:12
uh there is these uh steps programming
1:52:16
peace, own your vision, renew identity,
1:52:21
expand through fear, refine habits and
1:52:24
all this is a journey. All this is a
1:52:28
journey. But so for the ones that want
1:52:30
to take So the question is not if your
1:52:34
life can change because it can. It just
1:52:37
will you take some action about your
1:52:39
life. Will you take some action or you
1:52:42
will you wait for the right moment?
1:52:46
Because most time we always wait for the
1:52:48
right moment and we procrastinate.
1:52:51
You're like yes I really want that but
1:52:53
then we waiting oh for the right moment
1:52:58
when then it will be maybe in one month
1:53:00
maybe in one year I used to
1:53:02
procrastinate but when we actually take
1:53:05
the action and do something about our
1:53:08
life that's when the real results come
1:53:11
>> and that's the problem actually
1:53:14
a lot of us are procrastinating a lot
1:53:16
and then to get consistency is just so
1:53:18
difficult there's a lot of distractions
1:53:20
in the
1:53:21
all this and how do you what is it think
1:53:23
about like okay uh reducing the progress
1:53:26
makes sense
1:53:27
>> and how
1:53:28
>> so one of the ways is
1:53:31
>> that you hire a coach that helps you
1:53:34
over the weight
1:53:36
>> that that's what I did I hired a coach
1:53:38
who helped me to to to be consistent
1:53:42
because even though I got motivated I
1:53:44
got so much motivation I watched all the
1:53:46
motivational videos I did the
1:53:49
affirmations But then I went back to my
1:53:51
old identity of ah but when I hired a
1:53:54
coach that was consistent that I had a
1:53:57
session every week. She pushed me to
1:53:59
take action. I had to be accountable. I
1:54:01
had to show her look this is what I did
1:54:04
today. This is what I did that week.
1:54:06
Next week we focus on the other thing.

1:54:25
like to offer for you a free call, free
1:54:29
30 minutes call. I usually don't do that
1:54:32
but I would like to give you that free

1:54:44
doing um I will so soon start opening a
1:54:48
new uh fiveweek program and I only work
1:54:52
with five people per group. So I don't
1:54:55
want to uh take too many people because
1:54:58
it's very it's very very intense
1:55:01
coaching. So I that's why I don't want
1:55:03
to have too big group. I only take five
1:55:06
people and I have special offer
1:55:09
especially for the Indonesian people.

1:57:14
South America to connect with our
1:57:17
hearts. It say they say it's it's a love
1:57:20
plant. So we drink this pure cacao that
1:57:23
is like 100% from the ground from the
1:57:26
earth and then we do some breath work
1:57:28
and then we do a meditation and then we
1:57:30
go to the sa to the spa and we enjoy all
1:57:34
this we integrate all everything. So
1:57:37
tomorrow it's just for women because
1:57:38
it's international women day. So once
1:57:48
next time it will be
1:57:51
