You can animate a picture for free on
0:03
why2d.digital/art
0:05
and let's see how it works now. After
0:08
going to the link provided in the
0:11
description, you will be able to
0:13
register on this platform, start for
0:16
free and they will directly give you 40
0:19
credits without doing anything just by
0:22
registering and creating an account. And
0:25
this amount of credit is just what we
0:27
need to animate a picture, so you can
0:28
upload any picture you have here. For
0:30
example, I have
0:32
an infographic about my next quarter
0:34
holiday that I want to animate. I just
0:37
upload the picture in the chat in this
0:39
tool. I tell it to animate my picture
0:43
and with the 40 free quid credits that I
0:45
got upon registration, we will see that
0:47
it is just enough to animate a picture.
0:51
So, here it the AI gets started. It is
0:54
thinking about what to do. Now, it has
0:57
decided it will animate this travel plan
0:59
poster with some subtle motion while
1:00
keeping the text and layout readable. It
1:03
is assuming a gentle postcard style
1:05
camera drift and light movement on the
1:07
photos and we can of course change that
1:09
direction at any time by giving more
1:12
instructions in the prompt
1:15
or changing what it does. So, now I
1:16
select of course the right video model.
1:19
I select the output duration. So, here 4
1:22
seconds in the lowest resolutions cost
1:24
only 32 credits plus a few credits are
1:28
used for the chat
1:30
that I am doing here in the chat box and
1:33
in total I am at less than 40 credits to
1:37
animate in a 4 seconds clip my
1:40
picture at 360p.
1:44
Here I have selected audio off. You can
1:46
also activate the audio when animating
1:49
your picture. And here we go, it takes
1:52
less than a minute to animate any
1:55
picture for up to 4 seconds and it is
1:59
pretty pretty simple. So, the
2:02
the best picture you choose, the better
2:05
the final animation will be. And here we
2:07
go, we have our final animation and our
2:10
poster is moving slowly, which is
2:14
kind of beautiful. yb.digital/art
