OpenArt AI Video Models Compared: FLUX 3 vs Gemini vs MiniMax H3

In this video, I test three different AI video generation models in OpenArt using essentially the same prompt, the same characters and the same 10-second vertical video format: FLUX 3 Video, Google Gemini and MiniMax H3 Max. The goal is to see how differently the models interpret the exact same AI video prompt — especially when it comes to character consistency. The first generation uses FLUX 3 Video. The result looks cinematic, but the biggest problem is the characters. Despite using the same character references, the generated faces do not match the original characters correctly. The model also interpreted the original “K-drama” instruction differently, including Korean elements and Korean text on the phones, so I removed “K” and used “drama” for the comparison. The second generation uses Google Gemini. This version costs significantly fewer credits, but character consistency is still an issue. The supporting character works reasonably well, while the male character does not look much like the reference, and another character's appearance changes significantly. The third generation uses MiniMax H3 Max. This produced the strongest character consistency in this particular test, while also producing a good-quality 10-second vertical video. The credit costs were also very different. The FLUX 3 Video generation at 720p cost 1,200 credits, although FLUX 3 Video is currently available with unlimited generations through the Wonder plan on OpenArt via my link until the end of October. The Gemini generation at 360p cost 150 credits, while the MiniMax H3 Max generation at 480p cost 352 credits. This is not a universal ranking of AI video models — it is a practical test using the same characters and a similar prompt to see how the models behave in this specific microdrama workflow.
